Straightly

Today the preacherman entered the bakery, asked for a cup of coffee and how it was going. She said, »I’m tired of working day after day, vacation was alright but too short«. The motocycle driving preacher said, »Ma’m, I forgot the second helmet, otherwise we’d take a trip to, let’s say to New York City or Las Vegas.«
Would you come straightly, straightly with me?
Would you come straightly, straightly with me?
She was smiling, but sceptical claiming, »I can’t just leave the shop and lock up the door. What would the jeweller’s son or the Isreali tourist officer or Mr. Niggling think of it?
No, I can’t come straightly, straightly with you
Maybe later someday …
Tomorrow Jesus will enter your house, you’ll offer him a cup of coffee and he’ll ask how it is going. Will you tell him, »I’m tired of working, I’m tired of working but you’ll know there’s a lot more to do.« He will say, »Would you be ready to leave your house and your dreams and the aims your straining for?«
Would you come straightly, straightly with me?
Would you come straightly, straightly with me?
